Regarding the Soetoro vs. Soetoro case initiated Aug 20, 1980 and terminated Nov 26, 1988. I believe it to be an action of “termination of parental rights” initiated by Ann upon her divorce to terminate Lolo’s parental right to Barack. Yes, Lolo had adopted him.
So Lolo’s parental rights to Barack were formally terminated on Nov 26, 1988, the year following Lolo’s death. Geez, pretty cold of the Obama’s. I guess Lolo didn’t want to give up his adopted son.
There would be no need to finalize termination of parental rights if this were in regard to Maya — after all, why would Maya need to terminate parental rights from her now deceased father - she would not. This has to be termination rights regarding Barry Soetoro. What do you guys think?
Side note regarding the document - “F” for Family Court. It all makes perfect sense.

Re: the October 21, 2008 date that is suspected to have been the date of Barack’s gmother...how did the person alleging this find out this information? Just wondering.
