She is listed in the SSN death index and there is a story on the long thread about her death. She never regained consciousness before she died Nov.7/95. Madelyn had been sitting at her bedside at the Straub clinic until Maya arrived and sent her grandmother home. Ann died a few hours after Maya arrived. The story about her death appeared on “The Honolulu Advertiser” website but was unexpectedly pulled. I had to search for another source and posted the serial article on the long thread with the story of her death at the bottom. I believe it is on the second last page of the thread.
