Most especially, the inability of the Departmemt of Education in Hawaii to back up his early public school record of attendance. Those records are mandated to be maintained by federal and state statute. It is a real oddity that they are missing.
The initial records of application for public school enrollment of a child contain: the birth certificate, legal name, date of birth, place of birth, names of parents or legal guardian, medical proof of vaccinations (dates & types), and the current address and phone number.
Of the thousands of children enrolled in the State of Hawaii public school system, one has to wonder why HIS records are missing. How convenient.
