This is exactly why this is so, so important. It may be hard but at least now there may be a real opportunity to nip this in the bud. If Obama is allowed to take the reins of government, the intimidation used so far will be chicken feed, looked on fondly as the good old days!

I agree that people like Glen Beck are already speaking in code on the radio. It is creepy.
I recall a Constitutional attorney in an article saying SCOTUS, even the liberals, protect their power including and especially with the President. They are only supposed to interpret the Constitution and the law but I cannot help thinking the Justices know that something is “rotten in Denmark.”
Mr. Donofrio is pointing out just one of the Constitutional issues that is very disturbing. The lack of disclosure and attempts to cover up this issue from the American public. we have a right to know. Sealing almost every record of you entire life should be rasing red flags.
SCOTUS may be the last firewall protecting us from tyanny and the Framers made sure to put that protection in the Constitution.
I think something may happen. This man has arrogantly told the public that determining if he is eligible for the job based on the Constitution is NONE OF OUR BUSINESS. Wrong.
