You’re entirely correct that FReepers should do their homework and realize that the whole 0bama “citizenship dispute” is going absolutely nowhere, no time, no way, no how.

Moreover, these well-intentioned but naïve people make themselves look silly by chasing this story line. I fear they will be perceived widely as on a fool’s errand — one that well may discredit the conservative movement.

Now when it comes to Alan Keyes, I believe there’s no hope. Any call for him to “do his homework” is basically a waste of bandwidth. The man is either bereft of sanity, or he’s a cynical publicity seeker. If he doesn’t deserve the sympathy we should have for the insane, then I say he richly deserves our scorn.

My reasoning is that an innocent person would not spend $800,000 in courts in various states to avoid producing a piece of paper.
