Can you tell me what guest ion 7 says? a,b?

There's two dates of 1991, and there's a 2 on line b. (It's too small to see. I even printed it and used a magnifying glass.)

Line 7.a. says ‘Diterimah disekolah ini tgl’ which, in English, means ‘Date registerd (or started) in this school’, followed by the date 1-1-67.

Line 7.b. reads ‘Ditempatkan dikelas’ or which class he was put into, followed by ‘F’, probably the designation of the class.

Of further interest is line 8, ‘Nama Orang Tua’, or ‘Parent’s Names’. For ‘Ayah’ or Father, the stepfather Lolo SOETORO is listed. However, the space for ‘Ibu’, or Mother, is blank.
