The law even more clearly states: "The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth: (a) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof;" If Obama was born in Hawaii, as claimed, then his mother could have been any age and he's still a natural born U.S. citizen. If he wasn't born in the U.S. then where's your evidence?
Where should the burden of proof be? Upon a job seeker to demonstrate eligibility for a position, or upon an employer to prove ineligibility?
