At this point, all we know is what Souter's clerk supposedly told Berg. We have nothing on paper to prove that Souter actually ordered or will order Obama to do anything.

I'm not saying that this won't eventually happen, I'm just being skeptical. Judging from his past record, Souter would seem to be one of the least likely judges on the SCOTUS to get into this.

Justice Souter's Clerk has informed Mr. Berg that Mr. Berg's application for an injunction to stay the November 4th election has been denied. (The U. S. Supreme Court Docket is below.)

The defendants are required to respond to the Writ of Certiorari by December first, after which Mr. Berg will have an opportunity to respond.
