The black part of the dress represents the obvious and the red part represents the red states that went blue. IMO, it’s an “in your face” dress.

And not appropriate for the occassion. I dont’ think dressing their little girls in black and red was appropriate either. Maybe i’m old fashioned, but we don’t even dress little girls in black for funerals. And a red dress on a little girl is appropriate only at Christmastime.

The red represents ‘Revolution’ while the black signifies ‘Anarchy’.

I've noticed that many Leftist women have been wearing this color combination lately.
