No, actually, i have a very conservative mindset about the constitution and the judiciary - and abhor judicial activism, which is why I find people here advocating for such activism rather appalling.

I would only say again that THE LANGUAGE OF THE CONTITUTION AT ART.II, SECTION 1, PARA. 5 IS CRYSTAL CLEAR AND REQUIRES NO — REPEAT — NO JUDICIAL INTERPRETATION.
