Even if Obama was, in fact, born in Hawaii, he lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother re-married and moved to Indonesia with her Indonesian husband.

He could have lived the rest of his life in Indonesia, and still retained his American citizenship...

Only if Stan Ann had become an Indonesian citizen and made Obama Jr one also, because he was underage, and she had that decision to make for him, would he be an Indonesian..

So he stayed an American citizen throughoput the years they were away...

Unless he was born outside the US...

Or unless Ann changed their citizenship...

Merely moving to another country does not change a persons citizenship...

(Otherwise the 25,000,000 illegal aliens now in the US would automatically be American citizens...

and voting legally in this election...)

The story behind the birth announcement is that someone went in and the research librarian conveniently still had it in a file on her desk because someone else had been in earlier looking for it and the librarian hadn’t refiled it away yet. If the birth was registered with Vital Statistics(as a walk in registration) it would also generate a birth announcement. The address listed in the birth announcement is not associated with the Davis family, the Dunhams, Obama Sr., or Sr’s friends. See my comment farther up this thread (around #125)The address could have been supplied by grandma, the employee at Bankoh.

It was mentioned that there was a possibility that Ann was at the Salvation Army home for unwed mothers in Vancouver. Seattle at the time was very racist while Canada was more liberal about mixed marriages and births. That home was torn down a few years ago. If he had been born 75 years ago we might have more luck! LOL

The point is no one knows where he was born. We have no one as a witness to Ann after her one semester at HI. Sr’s friends don’t mention her, and the Kenyan step grandmother has said she was present at his birth. There is no report of Ann after her semester in HI until she appears in Seattle after Jr was born. Where was she coming from and did she stay in the area to take her extension courses until she began attending classes? The birth announcement does NOT say where Jr was born but gives an address which isn’t associated with anyone. A lot of what was written in the books is no more than a fairy tale and the birth story could be yet more of a fairy tale. It has only been a few people who have investigated but definitely NOT the 5th estate as they have been singing Jr’s praises since he appeared on the public stage.

Going to Zillow and HI property tax records we can only find who the present owner is. It would cost money to have a title search done and no one has expressed an interest in that. It is curious to say the least considering the information has been found for the homes which the Davis family had since 1956(address wise), the homes where the Dunhams lived, the areas where Sr. lived and where some of his friends lived.The address in the ba is located 7 miles from the University to the right of the University down a major highway.(looking on google maps, if someone put the ba address in google maps by itself it often doesn’t show up. If the other areas are put in with the ba address last it shows exactly what I mentioned) All other addresses for the people listed above are generally located in an area within 1 mile of the University, all centrally located. The ba address seems “out in the boonies”
