The “dozens” in the McCain campaign are a lot less that the ones being vetted in the Obama campaign - McCain’s are “a much smaller scale”.

Or, more of McCain’s people already HAVE clearances because he’s selecting from people with experience in the areas he’s planning on placing them. I think it’s pretty evident that McCain emphasizes experience.
