Would probably require Obama's mother to repudiate her son's citizenship at a US Embassy or Counselate. No record of her doing that. But it's a gray area.

Technically he keeps his birthright, he could get citizenship back, but his status would be that of a NATURALIZED citizen, and Obama knows this, AND being a Lawyer, knows that he is constitutionally ineligible for POTUS, its why he refuses to release his records.
