If you go to Johnstown and ask around, not anecdotally, you would find the man is NOT being elected by the constituents. If you asked how he is getting in, there is evidence of vote fraud, the electorate reelecting incumbents and something ( I don’t what) that keeps him in. Most of the so-called “employment” coming to this area from his pork, are filled by Washington, DC -intonians, NYC Democratic hacks and whoever else they can import. Just my two cents.
