Please add to that...they need to pass an FBI and NSA back ground check as well.

Look NSA is not a law enforcement organization!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone who thinks that NSA CIA, DIA, ONI INR has anything to do with law enforcement watches to much TV !!!!!1
The only reason to pass a NSA background check is to work at or work with NSA.
The Constitution does NOT require any background checks for presidential eligibility. It sets the eligibility standard as natural born. Its the states (Remember those sovereign but now cowardly entities!) responsibility to determine ballot eligibility to be listed on the ballot.

You'll need to amend the Constitution for that.

There are only three qualifications. Thirty-five years of age, natural born citizen, and having resided for fourteen years in the US.

That's it.
