Come on! It’s been all over the internet. His father was Kenyan and the mother was too young to automatically confer US citizenship to Obama. That makes him a naturalized citizen at best (anybody’s seen his naturalization papers? no? hmmm). Hey, if he can be president, so can I. How do I go about running for vp next election, with Sarah running for president?
Well now that’s an interesting photo I hadn’t seen before. Are we certain it hasn’t been shopped? Any way to know the date of the photo? Is the plaque still there?
Because of all the murkiness involved in this issue- I’ve gone on the assumption that he was, in fact, born in Hawaii and the whole COLB mess has been an attempt to hide some possibly embarrassing info- but not his actual birthplace.
I do have questions about whether he was a citizen of Indonesia at one time- how and when it was changed to American.
The man is a mystery- a dangerous mystery.

Knowing how corrupt some of the courts are, this could take several years to settle. I don’t think obama will be off any ballot,. But it could cost him 25% of the votes he would have had otherwise. Defeated. Gone! Good riddence!

The copy of his birth certificate is on the internet. It has the raised seal and the certification number. He was born in Hawaii making him a U.S. citizen regardless of the age or citizenship of his parents.

I have probably a stupid question... but I thought that a child born to a US citizen is, in fact, a US citizen no matter where he or she is born. Is that correct or not? Otherwise, wouldn’t children born in foreign countries to military families not be US citizens? Is the difference that Obama’s dad was not a US citizen?

He did a great job. I thought it was real! I assumed it was his father’s home town taking credit for giving us the great and powerful Obama by putting up a plaque in his honor. LOL

Whether or not that would be true, Obama's "church" is adherent to Liberation Theology, which is thoroughly known to be Marxism -- using hand-picked Bible passages out of context.
The silence isn’t surprising. The first line of defense to to find some defect in the service of process. Even if process service was all right, usually a party has at least thirty days to respond from the date of service so nothing is required until at least October 3. Then the defendants can request an extension to answer, dragging it out even further. If they answer within the 30 days, they can submit enough affirmative defenses to the action and to jurisdiction by Berg’s chosen forum that it will drag it out further. No way will anything happen before the election because Obama can argue irreparable damage would occur, if Berg turns out to be wrong and Obama right, by causing him to forfeit the election. Then the lawsuit would be dragged out further in discovery until, if Obama were to win the election, at least inauguration, after which it will either be dismissed or Obama would be impeached or whatever and Biden would be president. Best to work on defeating him in November and disqualifying him later on if it appears he really is disqualified.
