You are supporting Barack Obama.

Not supporting one candidate does not constitute supporting the other. Unless, you assume our votes are to be taken for granted. (ie., if the Dems assume our votes are bought and paid for, they'd say that not voting is a vote for McCain).

Your illogic is just that.

I've heard similar arguments from Repubs who voted for Perot instead of Bush Pare...the result was Clinton with 42% of the popular vote....I would have preferred Hunter, but McCain is what we have, so I will hold my nose and pull the lever for him
