You were the first freeper who cut through all the media crap and figured out what the Russians really want. The need for warm water ports have dominated their military policy since Peter and Catherine the Great.
It does seem to look like that more and more . Also Georgia would be an ideal staging area for ordinance in preparation for an advance on other areas. The story you linked to should be in breaking news, it was earlier but was removed.
This is one of those events that you bookmark in your head because you know things that happen in the future will point back to it.
