No matter what the situation with any other piece of paper, I think we have reached consensus that the present certificate is a forgery.
If an official COLB from Hawaii would contain the exact same information as the "certificate" Obama posted, claims that the posted certificate is a forgery wouldn't go anywhere even if they were proved. The "forgery" claims are really only going to be meaningful if the posted COLB document does not match official records.
