I stumbled over that explanation, also. What he may be referring to is that, in his original report on AtlasShrugs, he overlaid scans of two legitimate COLBs from the same period, aligning the borders, and the text positioning lined up to the naked eye. When he overlaid each of the legitimate cert scans onto the Obama cert image, though, the vertical positioning of the text for the field names and data within the border was visibly different -- with the same noticeable vertical variation for both relative to the border.

If even the green letter were made PUBLIC (touch and feel it, not just see a scan) a lot of this discussion would go away.
If there IS no green letter that the Obama campaign is willing to share with critics, it says a lot.
But I don’t care about a non-notarized certificate of live birth. I want to see a birth certificate that IDs the parents by name.
It’s worse than the MSM not property vetting Obama. They were completely in the tank for him and still are. No matter what he did or said they were there cheering him on. After every speech he gave they were there to tell you how great it was and about the thrill that was going up their legs. You would here this is the most important speech ever, and your grandkids will be hearing about it one day. And meanwhile the rest of the democrat candidates got treated like republicans.
