I didn’t get to the John Dean one yet. I will; but I’m still back tracking on Judah’s article. Pulling references I remember reading from other sources. I may be on this one a while!
The Constitution is a the trumping issue for me. The rest don't matter. No sense arguing things that are irrelevant if he isn't qualified.
Obama can never be defeated on the issues for one simple reason.....
He cannot be pinned down on any of them.
Frankly it surprises me how so many political geniuses fail to recognize that simple fact, you cannot beat a man with the issues that changes his views on the issues as much Barack Obama does.
You must find his fatal flaw and use it to break his political image, that flaw is he is not eligible to be president and is hiding the proof that conceals that fact and is willing to by proxy defraud the entire country to that end with a phony photoshopped document that even fact check .org thinks is real.

The remaining 20% that actually decide elections! (I assume the remaining electorate vote 40% always GOP & 40% always democrat.) That 20% are dimly aware that there are such things as elections don't care about Constitutional issues. To them the Constitution is that thing where they had to memorize the awful preamble to back in Jr High civics class.

I did my homework on this years ago, the Panama canal zone was never US soil or a territory, the treaty we signed with the Panamanian government we created gave us only the right to administer the canal and the zone around it. It has never been a US territory.
And McCain is a Natural born citizen because of the oldest of United States Navy traditions, he is a son born to a United States Navy member and his wife while serving overseas such has been the case since the age of wooden ships and iron men and their women that went with them aboard those ships.
There is no law saying you ‘can’t run’ for President. But there is a law saying he can’t server. He can’t be sworn in. Our votes are irrelevant even if we wanted to vote for him.
So why waste time arguing the resume when he need not apply?

There is also the powers of the US Ambassador for births that happen off base soil.

The difference is that Obama is “black” where as Kerry mister flip flop himself, was essentially everything democrats hate about white people.
It’s an armor you cannot defeat by discussing the issues, because he can say anything he wants and gets away with it.
Exposing the fact that he shouldn’t even be considered by law is the one thing that being “black” won’t defend him against, even the most bitter partisan politico will have to admit that if he is an illegitimate candidate, in more ways then one, he shouldn’t run for the office.
Proving that his doctored birth certificate is a fraud is the first step in proving he riding a bunch of Jack Asses in this race.

It became part of Panama when Carter gave the Canal Zone away.
The Canal Zone belonged to the United States from the begining.
Anybody who owned land in the Canal Zone got bought out by us.
The Canal Zone became the Canal Zone the day Panama separated (with our help) from Colombia on 3 November 1903.
