IF you were capable of actually, you know, like, actually finding the State Department’s web site, you would know that you still have go though just as much bother to get a “Statement of No Record” and that this document is a requirement for getting a passport without a Birth Certificate.

You might even learn something, though I’m beginning to think about considering the slight possibility that maybe you’ve stopped learning.

If you have any brains you will get your head on straight and stop your childish comments and attacks on potlatch -

Nobody on FR cares if you are for pro-drug laws - but that you are a Libertarian - who does not use drugs



A passport may require a State Dept. form signed and notarized by close blood relations - mine did - they sure would not accept a hospital birth certficate from an American (they do accept hospital birth certificates from those born in foreign countries - how charming) and and slight deviation or mistake on a state Dept. of Health birth certificate will require those State Dept. forms I mentioned -
