I'm thinking the 1st and 6th girls from the left might be the Nordyke twins.

Has anyone from Punohou School been interviewed and remembers going to school with him? I do not trust photos as they can be shopped. Just because a photo is old doesn't mean that it is as the original. Also, have photo identity experts analyzed the young person in this photo and other photos to determine that they actually match BO and are not a look alike? Older photos of him most likely actually are him but I wouldn't put it past someone to have created a fake photo identity for OB. Also older photos taken of him could be patched into other photos. It wouldn't shock me at all to find that the guy is some kind of plant with a mush of his history made up, the little there is of it.
