Do you have the link ?
Okay .. I haven’t read 0’s “Dreams” .. and I
don’t think I’ve been closeted from much info,
but I’m flabbergasted. I never heard that Stanley
Ann went to Chicago as an au pair when she was
16 .. she had been accepted at the Univ. of
Chicago, but eventually she didn’t go as her
father disapproved, she states according to him.
But he says she was there, according to her.
First time she was ever on her own. One can
only imagine her possible explorations, knowing
of her documented liberal, ‘adventurous’ spirit.
It’s in 0’s book here - pg. 123, and the couple
pages before.
She and Maya visited him in NY, and they left
his place after a couple of days and went to
stay at a friend’s Park Avenue condo while the
friend was away. Park Avenue ..? Where only
the VERY wealthy and influential live ?
Is it credible ?
Totally new news to me ... the Chicago connection.
Does this timing have any other significance ..
and her age of 16, she supposedly stated ? So,
that would be 1958, and that’s cutting the timeline
of the anticipation of 0 pretty close in my mind.
And does this have any bearing on why 0
mysteriously leaves college and decides to
come to Chicago .. with no seeming connection
to the place?
