If the law defining what constitutes “natural born” changed in 1986, and Obama was born in 1961.

He wasn’t “natural born”, when he was born. If he wasn’t born in Hawaii, he’s not eligible to be President.

Clearly the only way to resolve this is to make Kenya the 58th state.

If the law defining what constitutes “natural born” changed in 1986, and Obama was born in 1961. He wasn’t “natural born”, when he was born. If he wasn’t born in Hawaii, he’s not eligible to be President.

Indeed, in 1961 the Supreme Court of the United States specifically ruled that a person who was born in a foreign country to a mother who was a citizen and a father who was not a citizen was NOT a Natural Born Citizen.
