I have not been able to find an image of Stanley Ann taken from the side. And in all the images I have found, her ears are hidden by hair. Her mother and father appear to have detatched lobes, and this childhood image shows that Stanley Ann follows...

I think you can see that the prominent ears aspect obama has came from the Dunhams. However, obama's internal configuration and the actual shape of the ear is identical to Malcolm X.

Genetically, attached earlobes such as obama snr had, are the dominant trait. We need someone experienced in genetic traits to tell us more. I think the chances that someone would have the exact same ear configuration as another unrelated person are nil.
