I think Maya's actual birthdate is the Aug, 1970 date. That would coincide with the 9 year difference btw her and BO. How the Sept., 1971 date came about is one of those many mysteries. Though I do wonder if it has to do with some Stanley Ann finagling with birth records.

Thanks for that, something I had never seen before! I do know that the wedding was celebrated a year later in Canada as I read a story about Jr and family crossing the border into Canada. Perhaps the 1971 birthdate for Maya has to do with Ann registering her in HI at that time.
