Public memorial to be held Friday
POSTED: 11:33 a.m. HST, Nov 12, 2008The service will be held at 5 p.m. Friday at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl, where her husband is buried.
[The Funeral manager] said the family will not attend Friday’s memorial, but they gave the mortuary approval to hold a public service.
Obama is expected to return to Hawaii next month for a private service.

On a thread last night November 12th there was a link to the obituary for Madelyn Dunham and there was also a link to a story out of Hawaii about an email Maya sent to her friends over the weekend. The apartment has been cleaned out so we can be sure that any incriminating evidence went with it! Tonight’s Advertiser says they will cover the memorial tomorrow at 5 pm Hawaii time.
