I checked the Factcheck edition of the Obama COLB and it does appear to have what appears to be a seal on it.
And I compared it to every previous copy of the same document posted on either the Daily Kos or Obama’s own site.
Why is it that the seal can be seen on the latest version and not the “original”?
Why is it that all of the versions have a border that appears to be manipulated at the corners, and at the text boxes?
Why is it that in all the versions the green background is blurred white around the black lettering?
I have a simple answer, we are looking at a progressive forgery backed by “experts” whose sole job is to fix or debunk the flaws in the original until the latest version of the forgery is unassailable.
The left has learned from the Rather debacle, and is using us to proofread their frauds for them so that they can create even better frauds.

A Certificate of No Record and a DS-10A statement from an older relative suffices.
You don't even need a birth certificate.
