Even if he was born in Hawaii the site claims that he isn't eligible. No, if he was born in Hawaii, he is a natural born citizen. The analysis you refer to only applies to persons born outside the US (Hawaii was a state in 1961, and had been for around 2 years). If he was really born in Hawaii, even if neither of his parents were US Citizens, he'd still be a US citizen, under most circumstances.
