It should be fairly obvious that accusing someone who is dead and who is also not a candidate of breaking Federal law is somewhere between irresponsible and reprehensible. How would you like it if I called you or your mother a felon, just in order to fit my pet conspiracy theory? It's irresponsible indeed, especially when you have zero evidence for it, feeble and/or bizarre motive, and a set of circumstances about as likely as an alien abduction story.
"Seems to me its just another topic of interest to be discussed at length." - Yeah, the 9/11 truthers use the same feeble defense when you back 'em up on their fables. "Justs askin'".
"Surprising how messy this guys official life has gotten over the years." - have you read "Dreams of My father" ? Nothing surprising here. "Its like he didnt have any responsible adults in his life taking care of things for him" There was his Typical White Person grandma for one.
Now, about questioning the motives and actions of the dead, they're dead Jim.
