Are you saying that Ms. DeCosta and Mr. Jeremy Smith are FReepers who, out of the kindness of their hearts, offered their BCs for publication unbeknownst to anyone here? Surely you jest.

I already posted the link at post 1486 on this thread that the mother of Jeremy Smith did, in fact, post his certificate out of the kindness of her heart. Go back 1486, follow the link, and follow the posts from a few weeks ago when she joined the discussion.

The first appearance of the DeCosta certificate is here. If you click on the link "Sample with embossed seal," it will take you to a genealogy site. If you click on the Patricia DeCosta link at the bottom of that site, you find out all you want to know about who she is.
