“Yes, if he were born after 9/11.
Back in those benighted times children travelled on their parent’s Passports. It’s a fact, easily verified by any schmoo with dial-up and a few minutes to fact check.”
Why do people keep making UP CR*P to fill in for the cr*p that was just refuted?!@??!
I too lived and travelled overseas in the 1970s as a child. I HAD MY OWN PASSPORT. I know, I just check my documents drawers and there it is still, a ‘bicentennial’ version. I’ve gone through 4 other passports since.
So did Obama, surely. To get to/from Indonesia, to go to Kenya, to visit Pakistan, etc.
And you further miss the point: That passport has a ‘place of birth’. that ‘place of birth’ requires a valid birth certificate, a real one, not a jpeg on the internet. Obama supplied one. Where do you think it said he was born? it said “HONOLULU Hawaii”, dont you think? Why wouldnt it? Now how did he get such a birth certificate?
Yeah, did we somehow miss your citing of ‘plenty’ of evidence? Please link us.
In point of fact you do not need a birth certificate to get a passport.
Check it out.
There are a large number of alternate documents and sworn statements that are acceptable to the State Department in lieu of a birth certificate.
I realize a commie mommy would never lie to the US government...
Yes. Nothing preventing you, as a child, from having and using a passport.
But if you didn't have one you could have still travelled on a parent's passport.
Not anymore, of course, but in the 1960's, certainly.
It is really sad that Free Republic has gone this low and that insane. Instead of focusing on Obama the defeatist and the socialist the lunatics are taking over the forum and spreading all this crazy conspracy theory stuff and giving a very bad name to Free Republic.

I was born in the US. My daughter was born in Heidelberg, Germany in 1970. We traveled to several countries and entered the US in 1973 on my passport. She was not required to have her own. The only requirement for her was that her picture was next to mine on my passport.
