Isn’t his birthday DEc 7? That might account for ayear discrepancy. I think he is turning 47 isn’t he? In Dec of this year.

No December doesn't account for it. It is a 3 year discrepancy. The forged birth certificate says that he was born in 1961. The linked article says that he was 3 years old in 1967. This was I think intentional to try to make the mother look like she was 21 at the age of his birth, 5 years over 16, rather than 18 years old as she was apparently in 1961.
