This would account for the 3 year discrepancy and how they lied in the article and said that he was 3 in 1967. They tried to make it look like he was born in 1964 maybe so that the mother would have been 21 when in fact she was 18.

The question then that I have is Does that rule quoted on the wells site only apply to people born outside the US? or would it apply to people born in the US too.
If it doesn't apply to people born in the US as the snopes article suggests then the question is where was Obama born?
