“...No those are not the only differences. The DeCosta BC looks very different than mine, have not looked at the other...”
Here they both are:

Like?
Hospital record of birth? No.
(Sidebar, the hospital they campaign originally claimed he was born at hadn't yet been built)
Birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser? No.
Personal recollections of the OB/GYN or midwife who delivered him? No.
Baby shower invitations? No.
Diaper service bills? No.
A note to the milk man? No.
A neighbor who remembers the birth? No.
A baptismal record? No.
An entry in the family Bible or koran? No.
What plenty evidence do you mean? Do you actually have anything other than the questionable Birth certificate? That he traveller without a passport when the rules and his age allowed him to travel on his parent's passports?
Do you even know that when he did got his very own Passport he used a valid BC, or did he use any of the substitute documents allowed by law? Unless you've seen his personal file, no you don't.
“I regard the hope that credible evidence establishing foreign birth will be discovered on the internet to be profoundly silly.”
“I understand your position, and it is reasonable. “
That’s not my position, that’s a quote.
My position is that this is Obama rope-a-dope and we are being chumps to waste time on something that will make us look like inbred fools when the plain truth that he was born in Hawaii is proven.
Yeah, did we somehow miss your citing of ‘plenty’ of evidence? Please link us.
But a passport based on fake documentation is not a valid one. It may be a real one, but it's not valid. And it will be taken away at the first opportunity after it's determined that the documentation submitted to obtain it was false.
Not so easy to do with younger folks, who are "in the computer" from a very early age. Us older folks didn't get "registered" until we needed a social security number, in my case when I was 18, but my wife got hers at 16, but still not virtually at birth as my grandchildren (3 so far) had to do or before 5 as we had to do for our children.
Both of those look like sh*t, pardon my lack of patience. Neither of those look legit.
I don’t know how to say this politely: Get a freakin’ clue.
Those are phony as hell.
Does he have to put the web based funds vacuum in reverse and send all the money back?
I see a multiple legal actions for "misrepresentation" and worse...
Any comments...?
In point of fact you do not need a birth certificate to get a passport.
Check it out.
There are a large number of alternate documents and sworn statements that are acceptable to the State Department in lieu of a birth certificate.
I realize a commie mommy would never lie to the US government...
I apologize for my rudeness. I am just frustrated. You are an Aussie, imagine if FReepers went hogwild saying no Aussie would ever have X,Y,Z and you knew right in front of your face the facts were there to the contrary. It’s like nails on a chalkboard for me.
Yes. Nothing preventing you, as a child, from having and using a passport.
But if you didn't have one you could have still travelled on a parent's passport.
Not anymore, of course, but in the 1960's, certainly.
Was US citizenship renounced for him to become an Indonesian citizen?
Would this affect whether he was "natural born"?
http://www.indonesia.embassy.gov.au/jakt/Citizenship.html
Current Indonesian law states that an Indonesian citizen cannot hold another nationality in other words Indonesian law does not recognise or allow for dual citizenship. Different rules apply to children who have one Indonesian parent and one non-Indonesian parent. Further information regarding dual citizenship for children in these circumstances should be sought from the relevant Indonesian authorities.
What would the rules have been back then?
What might be helpful, in the absence of your documentation, is if you were to enlighten us on how you applied for and obtained your copy of the FILED DOCUMENT.
It would be interesting to know what information you were required to supply to the Hawaii Health Department to obtain your copy. Obviously, a copy of your original birth certificate was NOT a requirement...for example, were you asked to stipulate the race of both parents?
...or, provide copies of THEIR birth certificates?
Just how easy or difficult is it, to obtain such a document from the Hawaii Health Department?
What a hilarious list.
These folk were married secretly (if at all), she was barely 18 he was a black foreign exchange student and its 1961, and they were supposed to have a ‘baby shower’ to satisfy your curiosity? Why dont you read his bios and see what Barry has to say about it.
As you know, Obama was born in a manger. Other than 3 wise men and a few shepherds, there is no record of anyone knowing where and when he was born. lol.
If there was a commie version of a baptismal cert. I am sure they would have had one for Barry. No bible, no koran. No such luck. LOL.
As for your bogus and misinformed views on passports etc. Are you a State Dept or foreign service officer or just talking out yer a**? I’ve already refuted several false claims you made, and if you think you can get a passport with fake berth certs. you are nuts. ... you can lead a horse to water, but you can make him drink.
Barry O’s passport has his real place of birth on it. Guess again where it is.
Read 1524 again. I guess it takes a while to sink in for some folks.
No idea. Politicians routinely keep excess funds from one election to kick start the next.
Since politicians write the laws, I’m pretty sure there is some provision that allows them keep everything tax free. Or maybe I’m just cynical...
Who is Ms. DeCosta?
I don’t have the time to research the answer, so I’d like to see what you find out.
“It is said on the internet that Obama is an Indonesian citizen.”
The internet has a lot of cr*p on it. Dont beleive it. Somewhere on the internet it says that Obama represents Hope and Change. What a pantload!

“But a passport based on fake documentation is not a valid one. It may be a real one, but it’s not valid. And it will be taken away at the first opportunity after it’s determined that the documentation submitted to obtain it was false.”
And a Senator would get a bit more scrutiny.
The likelihood that his passport has faked/false info on it is infintesimal.
Believe Obama's background must be vetted though.
The Muslim elements in his background should be shown to the American people more clearly.
