Much as I'd like to believe this, it might just be a function of zooming too close in to a poorly-compressed file. Look at the original (normal-sized) file from BHO's site:
Looks to me like there's some misalignment on the same bottom-right corner as in the Kos file.

Moreover, you can see that there is misalignment on the left side EASILY. So why would you NOT assume that both sides are misaligned and the low resolution scan has tricked you.
