according to someone’s logics, it is reasonable and acceptable for USA to buy land robbed by France/Spain from native American Indians. Then why insist that it is unacceptable for China to succeed the right from ROC and Chinese empire?

Your talking points have been discredited thoroughly and yet you persist in using the same "arguments." By your logic, northern and southern China in their entirety (barring Tibet) belong to the Mongols. Mongolia has a greater claim to China (thanks Genghis and Kubilai) than Chinese pretensions re: Tibet.
