there are indeed tortures in CHina police station,just as it exists in USA. but such tortures are lynchs ,not official policy. Furthermore, such lynches are not special to Tibetan,but also to any ethnics.

Here is the difference that everybody knows; in Tibet it is approved that Tibetans are tortured in prison. In Iraq our soldiers were arrested and prosecuted and are now in jail. It is also a little different that PLA soldiers beat nuns and monks and shock them with electricity on their private parts. The terrorists in Iraq had panties put on their heads. This shows how immoral and unethical your mind is to compare the two. Your words will help the world see the Chinese as evil and dishonest.
