You are a perfect example of someone who has been raised in a cage and taught to like it and think you are outside the bars. I can show you evidence over and over that you are wrong and you just keep repeating the same things like a parrot. You can't understand why the Tibetans aren't happy to come live in your cage because you have "modernization" inside. I don't imagine the stories that Tibetans all tell when they escape. Their scarred bodies are not imaginary. Their stories of killings and torture aren't imaginary. Thousands who escape or get messages out aren't telling imaginary tales. You are sad little monkey who likes the safety of his cage and the comfortable "food" your masters feed your mind. But Tibetans and Americans know that freedom is better than a clean cage and regular feedings beneficently given by someone else.

Ero news- China shoots fleeing Tibetan refuges

well,

1, Qianglong Emperor published a speical constitution of Tibet in 1790s.

2,Tibet indeed enjoyed semi-autonomy or even entire autonomy before 1950,but it can deny that TIbet was a part of CHiense empire. It was one of “inner vassals “ of Chinese empire, just like Mongolia.
...otherwise Britain would not deal tibet business through Beijing in 19th century.

3,”Tibetans have maintained ethnically separate bloodlines and language for their entire history “ just proves how generously Chinese treats the tradtional culture.

4,Amdo and Kham had been directly ruled by CHinese emperor for hundreds of years at least.
In part of Amdo and Kham, Han-chinese started to settle there when Roman Republic even still struggled to fight against Carthage.
When Roman fought against Carthage, where was Tibet?

If I have chance, I would like to marry a girl of minority ethinc.than my kid can have chance to “become a minority ethnic” and can get additional points when he apply to university.

Hey! that's a good reason to marry someone. So you can get special treatment from your cage masters. lol Slave!

So Sorry ...I do not watch CNN or NBC. I suggest you watch MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann.

That's funny. If they had "entire autonomy" how could they be a part of China? Apparently your education didn't include logic.

It was one of “inner vassals “ of Chinese empire, just like Mongolia.

Except when Mongolia conquered China and China was an inner vassal of Mongolia...and put under the authority of Tibet. LOLOL

Forced at the point of a gun. They don't want it。For the benifit of the CCP. Tibetans don't want it. just have a trip to Tibet, then talk here ,ok? nobody stop you to visit Lhasa! you had better visit those in street orin shops, instead of listening to those monks in exile. Tibetans report that Lhasa is far more a sewer now than before the barbarians came. three pictures:one before 1950/one before 3.14 riot/one after 3.14 riot. then tell me who is building Tibet?

Isn't Lhasa where most of the Han Chinese and Chinese government employees in Tibet are? What happens if you want to visit somewhere besides Lhasa?

The vast majority of Tibetans in exile are not monks. Don't try to sell that garbage here.

What am I supposed to see in those pictures? That the old one is a grainy black and white and the new one is in color and has a high resolution?

I can read both english and Chinese.so I can compare the resource and news from both CNN ,CCTV and blogs from those experiencing the 3.14 riot, can you? I can telephone some guys in Lhasa, can you ? 2, western people ,including you, know too little about oriental history. You don't know how different the inter-regime relation was in antique sinicized world from the couterpart in western world. 3,you had better visit CHina, including Lhasa.talk with those ordinary people in street or shops, then you can get the truth. And what ordinary Chinese like tell yu is much more close to the truth than propaganda from CCTV,CNN or those monks sticking to Tibet indpendence.

badguy2200 ignores that I have said I know Americans who have visited Tibet and talked to Tibetans away from the minders. I don't need to go there to hear the same thing my friends have heard. badguy2200 will tell you every Tibetan who says negative things about China are lying. I guess he thinks all 200,000 Tibetans who escaped are monks and have to lie for the Dalai Lama. But that is because he knows less about Tibet than you or I do.

I never listen to CNN and most of my links were from other sources. This parrot-like repetition of yours is getting tiresome. It is obvious you can’t think for yourself.

Canada has never been part of the U.S. You really have gotten a lousy education. Puerto Rico is a part of the U.S. and wants to be.

I'm willing to bet he knows a lot more about the potential value of the land, timber, water, and mineral wealth there than either of us.

LOL No doubt. But most of the timber has been stripped. I’m sure he knows about the strategic value of Tibet to threaten India.

I have Tibetan classmate when I was studying in University. I do exactly know how many speical subsidys and treatments those Tibetan classamates received ! I had classmates of other ethinic minorities(not tibetan) when I was a sennoir school student.I do exactly know they got additional points when applying to universities. I do know if I can marry a girl from ethnic minority , I will be exempt from "one-kid policy".
