This could be nothing- but with 85% of the vote reported in the Indiana Primary, only two counties haven't reported a single vote - one of them is Lake County (Gary, IND) - a county with a large African American population.

There is some belief that the DNC stepped in to avoid the appearance of fraud when it wouldn't affect the outcome of the election in the end.
