Eric, You say that you have a mouse. You haven’t asked this question yet, but someday you will. That little ball in the middle of the mouse is going to get grinzy, and it will stop working. You won’t be able to scroll through all the rude messages from the PC types.
When this happens, don’t panic. You just have to clean the ball. Do not pay any attention to the Apple instructions on how to clean it.
The best way to clean the ball is to disconnect the mouse from the Mac (or the keyboard), turn it top side bottom, and rub the ball on a clean sheet of white paper for a full minute. The mouse will be good as new! Don’t mess with alcohol (except to drink), q-tips, or anything else. Just rub it on the clean paper for a minute.

I kind of like the mouse on the Mac.
