It is very sad, but perhaps it won’t be too late for those 400 chidren to be raised normal in a new real family.
I’m not sure what the outcome of this will be. I suspect that the children for the most part will be returned to their mothers, etc but the state will retain some oversight as to the how the children are cared for. That is just a guess on my part and I really have no insight into what the CPS is thinking.
Good news. They are starting to arrest these dirty people. I guess it is only two people so far, but hopefully over the next couple weeks they all will be arrested (who deserve it).
