How about this?
Why don’t you propose a name for the Country-Improperly-Known-As-Macedonia?
Think of something catchy, easy to say, that the people who live there would like.
Or, you could just relax and stop worrying. Nobody is going to mistake slavic Macedonia for Greek Macedonia. Isn’t going to happen. People call themselves whatever they want to. People understand that New Mexico is a US state, and has nothing to do with Mexico. New England is a US region, and has no current ties to England. We call ourselves US of America, and we manage not to get confused with South America. Somehow it all just works out.

As Babelfish translations go, it’s certainly not the worst and one of the best I’ve seen. THe wonderful thing about this rant is not the content (it’s the standard stuff for Eastern European/Islamic/Meditteranean/Arab unemployed men in shirtsleeves at cafe tables, smoking, smoking, and more smoking as they drink endless cups of tea or Ouzo, or whatever keeps them going enough to “discuss politics” , and it’s what makes them picturesque enough to get them into the newsweeklies, and National Geographic, always with a caption like “the men of the village gather daily at these little sidewalk cafes and will talk politics passionately, sometimes into the wee hours.” )
This thing though, seems about half-thought and written-out
in broken English, and half done through the filter of some automatic translation service like Babelfish. On that basis alone, it’s priceless.

Mister Anastosios Kazantzidis are you a drunken person? Your country hates U.S. and dognap the core thermal reactive underpants. Alexander the Grate has 33 troops in Iraq and you have none. What milkshake do you revolve around? I have never outraged so at a sludge pump bacterial. When? When not? I ask you.

Perhaps... By studying the poster's statement you quoted, I have come up with an answer!!
Ouzo!! Drinking a sufficient quantity (perhaps a fifth in 4 hours??) of ouzo will cause this sort of thinking.
