I will withhold comment, since I spent this afternoon chopping ice and laying down salt, and wouldn't want you to think I'm jealous or anything...
We're supposed to get a snowstorm overnight here in St. Louis, so I may be doing those things tomorrow.
BTW, "snowstorm" here in St. Louis means a measly 2-4 inches. In Chicago, where I grew up, or in Minnesota, where I also have lived, that would be a pleasant fall day.
I spent part of this afternoon watching Fred the Head strutting back and forth with both arms flailing while the police were trying to interrrogate him. About what I don't know because I didn't want to get sucked into the vortex that is the bizarre world of Fred the Head. It was bad enough yesterday when I drove him around to search for his girlfriend who swiped his shoes, money, and some other stuff which forced him to wear her fluffy pink slippers while running back and forth on Dixie Highway screaming her name.
So whatever the cops were questioning Fred the Head about, I stayed at a discreet distance which meant just driving right on by.
Remember this is South Florida where raking 500 pounds of leaves or chopping ice is way too normal for us.
