Torie was here for the recount and I was always impressed with his grasp of the situation in Fla. I thought he was some kind of financial guy,,he knew the numbers down to the precinct level. He was invaluable.
BTW I thought he was a she until he told me otherwise {I think he was uninterested in some issue about fashion or somesuch}.
