Amazing! It sounds like women, children, seniors and the poor were hardest hit by the Huckabee governorship.

Apparently for Huckabee it's all about being a victim. How is that different than any liberal position on any issue?
And the solution is the government.

Used to be conservative. NAme one flip flop in position, nancy?
Protectionist? You mean you like the fact that the WTO can force us to rescind tax cuts on our manufacturing exporters, as they recently did, despite all other countries rebating their exporter’s taxes?
Does national sovereignty mean anything to you?

Huchabee is no conservative. He is for big government nanny state and illegal aliens - who knows why. He is also okay with raising taxes.

Careful, the legality of tobacco is up in the air.
In Hillary’s presidency, lovingly supported by most Republicans, cigarettes as a nicotine delivery mechanism may be made illegal, patches and gum will be legal.
Far fetched? Not so, methinks.

Thompson. I voted for him in Tennessee before I moved next door to Mississippi, and he was a good senator. He is right on 2nd amendment, free trade, values like pro-life, and believes in the Constitution.
I read the Conscience of a Conservative by Goldwater, too, in 1964. It influenced me like it did him.

PS— I live across the River from Arkansas. We read (and heard on local talk radio) about his proposed illegal immigrant amnesty, and taxes being raised over there long before Huckabee was in a Presidential primary race.

Fred Thompson has always been against our technology leaving our hands, which is why he proposed legislation to curb the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction by China and other countries and to strengthen the United States’ response to such activities.

If so, he should have voted AGAINST BJ Clinton's "Most Favored Nation" status for the communists who arm AXIS OF EVIL enemies: Iran, Syria and North Korea.

Why, because you and a bunch of irrational people have tinfoil hats?
I am totally against illegal immigration, and giving up one scintilla of our sovereignty, and I trust FDT on both those issues.

....where Huckabee Calls for National Smoking Ban in Public Places Poll after poll, and election after election, show that Republican support smoking bans. I'll vote for Huckabee if he's the nominee. (I have a preference for FRed, but Huckabee is a fine second choice.)

Huckabee should be your first choice, Wheeenie. You're both libs. Your support for Fred could backfire and do more harm than good. People might be inclined to not support him just because a doofus like you does.
You are a disgrace.
