Isn't "enforce existing laws" pretty much Thompson/Giuliani/Romney/McCain's position already?
"recognize illegal immigration as a security problem for America that must be solved by enforcing immigration laws, identifying all non-citizens in our country and controlling America’s borders." is a position that is very solid...
