Dylan Avery, the kid who made “Loose Change”, was a failed film student. This was his way of becoming a noted film-maker. He says he started out making a fictional account of the events of 9/11 but discovered a real conspiracy. The real conspiracy here is that this kid and his backers have/had only their self-promotion in mind when they created their little foray into Leni Riefenstahl (Hitler’s propagandist, “Triumph of the Wills”) territory. They have perpetuated a lie because it advanced their careers. Their motives were entirely selfish.
And idiots like Rosie O’Donnell brought it to the national attention of the morning coffee break crowd. Sad.
