Is this the same Constitution which Huckabee believes authorizes Congress to impose a national smoking ban?

I understand that you’re questioning the government’s “right” to stop us from smoking.... but such a ban could conceivably fall under the heading of drugs, health hazards, etc., thereby making smoking illegal. Since (I have heard) giving up a cigarette addiction is more difficult than giving up a heroin addiction, that’s a powerful statement in favor of actually illegalizing it. True, a ban is not the same thing, but there’s no doubt that non-smokers do suffer from the addiction of smokers. And heaven knows there’s nothing good to be said for it.
